Refund policy

You may return any new unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (return shipping not eligible for refund). Cascadia will pay for the return shipping costs if the result was of our error (incorrect or defective item).  

To initiate a return, please contact admin@cascadiaroasters.com with your contact information (Name, email, phone) and reason for the return.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your return, however in most cases, you will receive a return more quickly. This time allows for the request, the transit back to our facility, 3-5 days for processing between Cascadia and our merchant services then 5-10 for your bank to process our refund request.
